I heart vintage - Birthday OOTD

Hello beauties,  hope you are all well? It was my birthday on the 28th of February, i did not really plan what to wear, but i hope you like this outfit that i put together as much as i do. I wore this flowy skirt and paired it with a white silk shirt and a pair of ankle boots. What do you think?
